Data controller

What data the site collects
The site has no forms and no user accounts, uses no advertising tools and sets no cookies of its own.
Visits are counted with Umami and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Both work without cookies and do not identify individual people: they collect only aggregate data such as the number of visits, pages viewed, the site you came from, country, device type and clicks on the contact buttons. This helps me see what on the site is useful (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The map in the contact section is embedded from Google Maps. When it is displayed, Google may set its own cookies and process connection data under its own privacy policy.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare servers. On each visit the server processes technical connection data such as the IP address, browser type and time of the visit. This is used only to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
Contact through messaging apps
If you write to me on WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram, I process the data you provide: your profile name or phone number, the content of your messages and the photos you send. I use it only to reply, prepare the design and arrange the appointment.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The messaging apps belong to external providers, who process data under their own terms.
How long I keep data
I keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed to make the tattoo and for aftercare, and then for the period required by law or needed to defend against claims.
Photos of work
I publish photos of tattoos with the consent of the people shown in them. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Write to me and I will remove the photo from the site.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
